The Offshore Wind Park is the Engineer level energy production building for the Ecos. It's basically identical to the Wind Park, but twice as effective and with a significantly smaller influence area. It can only be placed in harbour zones.

The Offshore Wind Park is the only harbor building which cannot be linked to others using quay walls.

With two Ark upgrades (levels 2 and 3), the Offshore Wind Park's influence radius can be reduced drastically to about 1 square all around, this makes them able to be placed in reasonable concentration to produce significant amounts of energy. However, unless protected by a Shield Generator, or heavily protected by Defence Turrets, they can be easily sabotaged by hostiles due to their exposed position out on the sea.
