The Corporate Headquarters is the monument building of the Tycoon faction. Like its Eco counterpart, the Leisure Center, the Headquarters will satisfy the need for community of residents in a very large radius even while construction is incomplete. Construction requires a reasonable supply of tools (every stage), building modules (first stage), concrete (second stage) and steel (final stage).
When fully finished, it will provide for the building-based needs (community, activity, information, and participation) of all residences within a large radius. Note that this does not include the effects of hospitals, fire stations, and police stations, and while it does satisfy the information need, it does not confer the bonuses associated with the active channel on the island (to get these bonuses, you must build additional Ministries of Truth).
Not only that, but residents within the area of effect of the Corporate Headquarters do not suffer from the dissatisfied population effects as the result of an uprising and will continue as normal even while other services such as hospitals cease to function. This can be quite convenient if a Tycoon player has chosen to power the island with Nuclear Power and so may face occasional, short uprisings amongst the populace from time to time.
Once the Corporate Headquarters is constructed the player will begin to recieve missions from Skylar Banes, the Global Trust CEO, in addition to the usual citizens or NPCs.
