The Campaign of Anno 2070 is called "The Virus" and it is divided into three chapters. Each chapter has three or four missions which you have to complete to unlock the next chapter.

You assist C.O.R.E. in the decrypting of a mysterious data log in the Virago, a prototype Ark. You learn that the Virago was affected by a mysterious virus. However, F.A.T.H.E.R. gets also infected by the virus and he turns against you. You have to destroy F.A.T.H.E.R. and save the world.
