Based on the WiKi regarding those missions I read that it is sufficient when the player joins and then leaves.

I've had Anno 2070 for at least 8 years.
Been modding other games since 2016.
I'm curious if anyone else wants to add the Good Hemp as a Farm for all three factions, to use as ammo for a good Clothing for tier 2 of civilization [Lifestyle](all factions).
Can be processed into omega fats instead of using slaughter houses for use with pharmaceuticals.
I'm probing the waters, and I'm curious if anyone HAS done it, I'm dead set on learning how either way. Leave my mark on Anno 2070, make the game just a bit better, I hope.
If anyone has, please tell. If anyone is interested, say as much, words of encouragement would motivate me.
Currently, the minmum area of a layout is defined by the smallest rectangle that can contain it.
However, in Anno 2070, islands are not rectangles. They are irregular, especially underwater plateaus, which is why freeform layouts often make sense to use.
My proposal is to edit the layout infoboxes as such
Title
Space efficiency
• Rectangle: ##%
• Freeform: ##%
Minmum area
• Rectangle: ###
• Freeform: ###
I've already started uploading my own layouts with this format.
This would be especially useful for city layouts which are often circular.

I've got a question concerning population unlock requirements. I'm unsure if the building unlocks are permanent or need to be maintained. For example, will the co2 reservoir be unlocked permanently after I obtain a population of 600 tycoon executives once, or will I be unable to place it if the population dips back below the unlock requirement? I was considering attempting to obtain the maximum population of a single faction on one map, and I would certainly need certain buildings from other factions to make this happen. Would I still have access to their buildings if I satisfy all the population requirements and then remove them later?

Gameplay > Resources dropdown has a problem with Licenses, it displays some random rl license text. Can someone with the know-how and permissions fix it? (@Asweti, if you're online, please take a look)

You know what's strange? No one faction has taken a permanent majority yet. sometimes we see F.A.T.H.E.R, sometimes Green or Banes. I wonder if the election is rigged, or if the community just randomly votes or something like that...

I just reinstalled my ANNO 2070 game because It wasn't working. The problem is, now the manual/automatic ascension rights are not working in the open world. Can someone help me figure out why?
what has gone wrong? I cant play the game, cant even log in to the main page of the game since buying and installing Deep Ocean DLC
The Nordamark Border Conflict offers a quick way to gain influence with Yana: she'll give +10 influence upon passing the 50 ecobalance marker.(This has been noted on other articles).
I tested and this seems not to work on the third mission.
Also, Rufus will give you +10 influence for passing specific income levels. I tried to play around with that the same way as with Yana, but Rufus is, sadly, smarter than that.

So I'm playing Anno 2070, third mission of atomic terror, everything is going good. Yana is giving me a complex quest called Recruiter, that has several small quests inside. So I completed first two of them without any problem, and the third one is: go to the ark and take a package from Yana (and then I have to do deliveries to 4 ships that are at random spots of the map). OK. BUT! I went to Yana's ark, I went to my ark, I went whenever possible with whatever ships possible and nothing is happening, so eventually I'm just running out of time and loosing the quest. What on earth am I doing wrong? |
After destroying a ship of Tilda Jorgensen, one apparent potential drop is an item titled 'Instructions for Henning', which I understand to be a relatively useless thing, other than for unlocking one of the achievements 'Too Good To Throw Away'. However, this makes me wonder ...who's Henning?
A quick google search and some script files lead me to believe that Henning is simply Tilda's brother, attempting to make himself useful within the Cooperative, but failing miserably. Is that it? - is he never seen or heard from in-game? - he pointedly isn't mentioned anywhere on this wiki...
So, during The Jorgensen Plateau mission, which seems to have a better introduction / walkthrough than the campaign, one of the tool-tips points out that one may have the chance to sell an undesired ship to an interested NPC. Thing is, of the 6 NPCs in the mission, only one seems interested in purchasing vehicles (Hiro Ebashi), and it's limited to submersibles. Is this normal? - is it at all dependant on the mission, or rather unque to each NPC? ...why isn't any of this info included on either article page relating to the available vehicles?
Is there something wrong with non-Steam version. I can't find it anywhere (even in Uplay store). Has it been withdrawn from sales or what?
